Weihai Weili International Ship Management Co., Ltd. was founded in 2016. Since its establishment, the company has made continuous breakthroughs in the field of international freighters and sea passengers, pursued excellence, and steadily sought development. At present, the company has 280 in-service crew members. The ship owners include Zerui Shipping Co., Ltd., Beijing Huayang Co., Ltd., COSCO Shipping Co., Ltd., Singapore octk Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Hualin Co., Ltd., and regularly transport excellent talents with Shandong, Hebei, Jiangsu and other local port bureaus and salvage bureaus. The cooperative cruise companies include Costa cruise, Royal Caribbean cruise, Princess Cruise, Star Dream Cruise and Star Cruise. As of February 2021, the company has directly managed 82 foreign trade ships, and the number of foreign trade ships managed by the company has increased to more than 100 by August 2021. The domestic trade ship company can accommodate 38 ships with about 4000 seafarers, and the number of cruise resettlement positions can reach more than 3000.

In 2021, the company will further expand crew organization and placement in the Chinese market. First, it will examine the employment situation and salary level of personnel in key provinces and cities to make a rational assessment. Secondly, for the areas that meet the company's requirements, we will adopt corresponding publicity and guidance to facilitate the organization of personnel. At the same time, we will sign a formal contract and pay 22,000 yuan for the qualified and interested personnel, including registration fee, training fee, book fee, accommodation fee, examination fee and all documents The fee will be sent to the professional training college designated by the maritime department for business knowledge learning. The learning time is 45 to 90 days and requires a one-time. Boarding will be arranged 20 working days after the training of all personnel.

At the same time, this year the company will find provinces (regions) that are in line with my country's current situation to set up studios for local junior high school graduates (15-17 years old) to further their studies to achieve "one person, one tracking, one person, one skill".

In 2021, the company plans to add 800 crew members, and the school-enterprise cooperation has 1,200-2,000 crew members.
